1. The best way to find Kopački rit?
If you are coming from the capital Zagreb, you need to exit the highway at Slavonika and follow the big brown sign of Kopački rit and the sign indicating Osijek. It is important to drive through Osijek, pass the Drava River, follow the signs towards Bilje and Kopačevo. At the entrance of Kopačevo you need to turn left.
2. When is the water level the highest?
Kopački rit is flooded by a system of natural channels leading to the Drava and the Danube Rivers. The highest water level occurs in April, May and June. The autumn floods are also frequent.
3. What are the schedules of the boat tours?
The tour boats usually flow from March to November, but it all depends on the weather conditions. They flow everyday according to reservations made in advance.
4. How much fish does one cormorant eat?
About 450 g daily.
5. What is the wingspan of the White-tailed Eagle?

6. What kinds of fish can be most frequently found in Kopački rit?
